      • There are three days of heavy distribution within the consolidation - 2/5, 2/14, and 2/27.
      • We are looking for a breakdown of the tight three day range for a short entry.
      • The stop is placed just above the two day high plus some wiggle room.
      • Trade expectations - Look for a selloff to test the prior lows around 35 at the very least.

      The S&P 500 appears to be forming a trading range from 1,316 to 1,396 on the daily chart. If the lows of the range hold, then we could see a test of the highs of the range to follow.
