Per intraday email alert, we trailed tight stops on our positions due to Monday's weak price and volume action in the market. We can always re-enter or establish new positions when the broad market's price and volume action picks up.

Market Conditions / Gameplan:

The euro failed to hold a recent breakout against the dollar and has slid 1.6% off the highs over the past two days. Crude oil sold off in response to the euro, as it has been a popular hedge against the weakening dollar over the past several months. If the dollar can continue to strengthen/stabilize, it should breathe some life back into the US equity markets.
Market Leaders:
- Look out for bull flag setups in natural gas stocks.
- Home construction stocks are showing relative strength so far this year - RYL, MTH, and KBH.
- Steel and iron stocks are in great shape at the highs.
