OMG - Om Group
Industry - Specialty Chemicals
Side - Short
Shares - 150
Stalking since - June 4
Timeframe - 3 - 10 days
Trigger - 43.94
Target - around 38.00

Notes -
- OMG broke the 200-day MA on heavy volume on 5/8, leading to a high volume persistent selloff over the next two weeks.
- Has bounced higher over the past five sessions, in orderly fashion.
- The short entry is beneath yesterday's low.
- The stop is a little wide, as we placed it above the 20-day EMA just to be safe.
- Trade expectations - We are looking for a resumption of the downtrend with a close beneath 44.00. At the very least, we expect a test of the recent swing low at 40.

Notes:
Market Conditions / Gameplan:
- The bottom fell out of the market yesterday afternoon, and though it recovered into the close we did see some intense selling during the drop. There are a couple of bullish patterns out there, but the confidence on the long side just isn't there. We expect the enviroment for shorting to become a lot easier if/when the S&P 500 breaks down beneath last weeks low.
Market Leaders:
Monitoring the price action of leading stocks is the best way to gauge
the health of the market (when the market is trending higher). Keep a
watchlist of these symbols up at all times and review the price action every
night after the close. This list of leaders is updated every Monday.
