Why This Exists
Two traders. One chat room. 2001.
In 2001, Greg Capra was running one of the first live trading rooms on the internet. Deron Wagner was the trader he brought in to moderate it.
Deron left in 2002 to start Morpheus Trading Group. Greg went on to build Master Trader. They did not speak for 18 years.
A few weeks ago they got on a call to catch up. It turned into a two hour conversation about how much trading has changed since then, and how little the part that actually decides who makes money has changed at all.
They decided to have that conversation in public. Twice.
Yes, we are going to talk about AI.
